Our policy is to carefully review each refund request and make every effort to honor it. We may request additional information or documentation from the donor to process the refund, and we appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
Please note that while we aim to accommodate refund requests, Itoozhi Illam Ayurveda Foundation Charitable Trust is not obligated to provide refunds and may decline requests at our discretion, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

- Donation Amount: The exact amount donated.
- Cheque/Draft Donations: Cheque or draft number.
- Credit Card Donations: Last four digits of the credit card used.
- Online Donations: Donation-ID provided during the transaction.
