The Itoozhi Illam Ayurveda Foundation recently hosted a felicitation ceremony honouring students who successfully completed the one-year Diploma in Ayurveda Panchakarma Assistance course. The Foundation serves as an authorised learning centre for this programme, conducted under the aegis of the State Resource Centre, Kerala-an institution functioning under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and managed by the General Education Department, Government of Kerala.
The event celebrated the commitment and hard work of the graduating students who have gained essential knowledge and practical skills in Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapies. The programme is a testament to the Foundation’s ongoing collaboration with the state government to upskill youth, strengthen the pool of trained Ayurvedic professionals, and expand employment opportunities within the traditional healthcare sector.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr.I. Umesh Namboothiri commended the students for their dedication and emphasised the importance of qualified Panchakarma assistants in ensuring quality, ethical, and effective Ayurvedic care. Dr.I. Bhavadasan Namboothiri gave away the graduation certificates to all the succesful students.
The felicitation marks another milestone in Itoozhi Illam Ayurveda Foundation’s mission to blend traditional wisdom with structured, certified learning—empowering a new generation to serve humanity through Ayurveda.
