Lenka Lorien Kolárová BCSt, a Czech experienced trauma therapist , Wellness guide and self-professed Indophile, was at Itoozhi Ayurveda, for a Rejuvenation programe of three weeks. She is also the founder of Chamak Ayurveda, a Travel & ayurveda Wellness portal that plans Ayurveda itineraries for groups to India.
In her time spent at Itoozhi Ayurveda Nursing Home, Mayyil, she also found time to explore the culturalscape of North Malabar, attending Theyyam performances, visiting iconic temples of the region and must-visit tourism spots. On the eve of her return to her home country, she was gracious enough to present two oil paintings that she painstakingly brought to life, one that of -Dhanvantari (God of Ayurveda) and the other inspired by the Theyyam performance that she witnessed at the Muchilottu Bhagwathy Temple, to Dr. I Unnikrishnan Namboothiri, the Medical Director of Itoozhi Namboothiri’s Ayurveda Nursing Home.
